Employment Status and Probationary Period

Upon successful completion of the recruitment process, all new hires at our company will undergo a 6-month probationary period. This period is designed for both the company and the new employee to assess suitability, allowing you to adapt to our corporate culture and work environment, demonstrate your abilities, and for us to confirm that your role aligns with our expectations.

During the probationary period, you will receive On-the-Job Training (OJT), active guidance, and feedback from senior colleagues to help you acquire necessary skills. Throughout this time, we will comprehensively evaluate your performance, motivation, teamwork, and overall fit with our company.

Employment Status After the Probationary Period

Upon successful completion of the 6-month probationary period, your abilities, achievements, motivation, and suitability for the company will be comprehensively assessed. You will then transition into one of the following employment statuses:

Full-time Employee:

We expect you to contribute as a core member of our team for the long term. You will be offered full-time employment, allowing you to build your career through responsible roles within a stable employment framework.

Contract Employee (1-year contract, renewable):

If continued collaboration is desired for specific tasks, or if further experience and skill development are deemed necessary, you will be offered a 1-year fixed-term employment contract (with the possibility of renewal).

The decision to renew the contract will be based on your performance, work execution during the contract period, and future business plans.

Termination of Employment:

Regrettably, if it is determined that there is a significant mismatch in mutual expectations or suitability, or if substantial difficulties in performing duties are identified, the employment relationship may be terminated upon completion of the probationary period.

Our company aims to provide a secure environment where you can work with peace of mind and continuously grow and develop your abilities. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have during your interview.
